Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Cooperative Management, or with related field of study with relevant work experience
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in the overall management and day-to-day operations of the SACCO.
- Support the development and implementation of the SACCO’s strategic plan, annual business plan, and operational plans.
- Coordinate, supervise, and monitor the performance of departments and branches under the assigned area of responsibility.
- Monitor savings mobilization, loan disbursement, loan portfolio quality, collections, and recovery performance.
