As the only laboratory in Ethiopia accredited by the USA-based Joint Commission International (JCI) five times in a row, we provide world-class clinical environments and over 300 advanced diagnostic tests.
ICL would like to fill the following vacant positions under the Business Development Department by inviting all qualified and competent applicants:
Position 1: Specimen Collection Technician Qualification and Experience
- BSC Degree in Medical Laboratory Technologist (0-year Work Experience with Renewed License)
- Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician (2-year work Experience with Renewed License)
Required Skills:
- Competent phlebotomy and sample collection skills
- Excellent communication and listening skills in addition able using positive language
- Strong time management skills
- Willingness to improve and motivated for self-development
- Proficient in Amharic, English, and other local Languages.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Client Service Representative Qualification and Experience:
- BSC in health-related fields preferably in a medical laboratory
- 2 years of experience in a similar role
Required Skills:
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) skills
- The ability to work autonomously and hold themselves accountable.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet set deadlines.
- Maintain high a level of honesty stand integrity
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Receptionist/clerk Qualification and Experience:
- Degree in health Science and Accounting
- Able to communicate effectively Amharic, English and other local Languages.
- Proven experience in Customer communication and Handling and a minimum of oneyear experience in Reception area

- More than 2 years’ experience in similar role.
- Good in Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) skills
- Able to communicate oral and written English.
Required Skills:
- Computer literate and basic office software skills
- Competent phlebotomy and sample collection skills
- Excellent communication and listening skills in addition able using positive language
- Attentiveness, conflict resolution, and problem-solving ability
- Strong time management skills
- Solid coordination and supervision capability
- Good leadership and teamwork ethic
- Willingness to improve and motivated for self-development
