Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
- Guide customers through the booking process, confirm reservations, and process payments accurately.
- Provide detailed information about our tour packages, destinations, itineraries, and travel requirements.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns efficiently and empathetically, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Process changes to existing bookings and handle cancellations in accordance with company policies.
