Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or with related field of study with relevant work experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
Record sales transactions received from the field sales team.
- Accurately record daily sales income from express and delivery.
- Ensuring cash receipts match with deposits to banks, Safaricom dealer account, M-Pesa merchant account and other digital accounts.
- Reconcile digital and bank statement with accounting record.
- Reconcile monthly branch sales reports with accounting records and communicate the report to branches themselves.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Support audits and resolve discrepancies.
