We Are Looking For
This opportunity is for you if:
- You have basic and advanced knowledge and experience of video editing and camera operation.
- You are highly coachable and very open to learning from Senior Video Editors.
- You know how to shoot and frame engaging videos specifically for TikTok and YouTube.
- You are highly disciplined and able to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- You are willing to work full-time and onsite.
- Applicants living in Addis Ababa, particularly around Summit, are highly encouraged to apply.

Role & Responsibilities
- Shoot high-quality educational and promotional videos for TikTok and YouTube.
- Edit raw footage into engaging, dynamic videos within given, tight deadlines.
- Set up basic camera, lighting, and audio equipment for shoots.
- Work closely with and take direction from the Senior Video Editor to continuously improve your skills and content quality.
