Bachelor’s Degree or above in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, Business Administration, or with related field of study with relevant work experience
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily scheduling, routing, and dispatching of owned and third-party logistics (3PL) trucks.
- Track active shipments using GPS/fleet management software to ensure real-time visibility and timely deliveries.
- Manage relationships with external freight operators, transport associations, and independent drivers.
- Audit trip records, freight invoices, fuel vouchers, and distance logs for accuracy prior to finance payout approvals.
- Ensure all fleet vehicles comply with local road transport regulations, weight-limit mandates, speed governors, annual vehicle technical inspections, and insurance coverages.
