Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead field exploration and help identify the highest-potential alluvial gold zones before production equipment is deployed
- Reduce unnecessary excavation and improving mining efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
- Prepare regular progress reports for management.
- Maintain accurate records of geological data and findings.
- Prepare professional geological maps, daily field reports and exploration reports.
- Coordinate with mining, survey, and production teams.
