Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or with related field of study with relevant work experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide basic IT support to employees and assist with day-to-day technical issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install and maintain computers, software, and other IT equipment.
- Set up computers, workstations, and other devices for new and existing employees.
- Assist with network and system maintenance.
- Support daily IT operations and perform other related technical duties as assigned.
