Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the sales team to ensure targets are met or exceeded
- Set sales goals, quotas, and performance expectations for team members
- Monitor individual and team sales performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times
- Handle customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
