ZamZam Bank Graduate Trainee Program (300 Positions)
The Ethiopian Ministry of Labor and Skills, through the
Ethiopian Labor Market Information System (E-LMIS), has announced 300 Graduate Trainee opportunities at ZamZam Bank for fresh graduates interested in building a career in the banking sector.
Position: Graduate Trainee Required Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in any
Business-related field. Experience
- No work experience is required.
Eligibility Requirements
- Graduated within the last
three Ethiopian academic years (2015–2018 E.C.).
- Must have successfully passed the
National Exit Examination.
- Interested in pursuing a career in the banking industry.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work in different regions and city administrations across Ethiopia.
