- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations, technical information, and supporting documents.
- Assist in preparing and submitting complete tender documents within deadlines.
- Ensure that proposed medical equipment meets the required technical specifications and standards.
- Prepare tender-related reports and maintain proper documentation.
