Position 1: Production Team Leader Educational Requirements
- First Degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in manufacturing environment.
The position is structured to report to the
Unit Manager– Addis Ababa Plant. Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Electrical Specialist Education
- First Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field of study.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
Skills
- Strong maintenance management and troubleshooting skills.
- Root cause analysis and problem-solving capability.
- Sound knowledge of Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) standards.
- Asset management and equipment reliability expertise.
- Strong knowledge of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems.
Location: Sebeta
Position 3: Area Sales Manager Education
- A formal qualification in Marketing, Sales, or equivalent
Experience
- 5+ years front-line sales experience within a FMCG environment.
- Team management experience will be an added advantage.
Skills
- Coaches and mentors team members, providing opportunities for growth and development
- Strong understanding of FMCG sales practices, RTM principles, and market execution standards
- Resolves disputes equitably, finding common ground in challenging situations
- Engage with a wide range of people and build effective relationships within and outside the organization
- Builds lasting relationships with customers and meets their expectations.
