Currently, the plant has a capacity of producing 3,000 tons of clinker which translates to 1.2 million tons of cement per year at full operation.

Position 1: Cashier Education: Diploma or LEVEL IV in Accounting and related field Experience: 0–1 year Quantity: 4 Place of Work: Addis Ababa Duties
- Collects or receives Cash/Checks by issuing official receipt, deposit the collected amount intact.
- Effects payment when approved by authorized personnel.
Position 2: Junior HR Officer Education: Degree/Diploma in HR Management, Management or related field Experience: 0–1 year Quantity: 5 Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Store Keeper Education: Degree/Diploma in Management or related Field Work Experience: 3–5 years Quantity: 10 Place of Work: Addis Ababa Objective
To properly maintain, receive, and deliver materials upon approved documents to realize smooth running of company operation.
Position 4: Sales Representative Requirements:
Marketing Management/Civil Engineering and other related field
Work Experience: 3–5 years Quantity: 5 Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 5: General Forman Education: B.S.C Degree in COTM, Civil Engineering and other related field Work Experience: 5–8 years Number of People Required: 3 Place of Work: Bishoftu Responsibilities
The General Forman is responsible for coordinating and super vising all Project works, crews and other resources; and provides a day-to-day oversight and direction to the project work crews.
