The ideal candidate is passionate about identifying potential, enjoys interacting with people, and is capable of delivering quality results while working under pressure.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Education/Teaching, or related fields
- 1-4 years of experience, preferably in recruitment, talent acquisition, teaching, HR, or related people-focused roles
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) are mandatory
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
