Position Summary
The Marketing and Sales Officer will be responsible for promoting the company’s solar products and services, expanding the customer base, and supporting revenue growth through effective marketing and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote solar products and services
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and partnerships
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations
Manage client relationships and customer follow-ups
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery
Support preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lithium-Ion Battery Expert to lead and strengthen our battery refurbishment, repurposing, and safety systems.
This is a strategic technical role that will directly support:
Scaling production of battery systems
Improving safety and quality standards
Supporting innovation in second-life battery applications
Key Responsibilities
Lead battery testing, grading, and repurposing processes
Design and oversee assembly of lithium-ion battery packs (especially prismatic cells)
Develop and implement battery safety systems and SOPs
Ensure compliance with international standards (IEC, UL, etc.)
Supervise technicians and provide hands-on technical training
Improve production efficiency and quality control
Support R&D for new battery applications (PUE systems)
Establish and monitor battery performance and lifecycle tracking systems
