✅ Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Ethiopian tax laws and E-Tax systems
- Experience with full-cycle accounting
- Good analytical skill and attention to detail
- Professional English and Amharic
- Experience with Peachtree (Sage 50)

✅ Key Duties:
- Oversee ledger entries and bank reconciliations
- Lead VAT, TOT, Withholding, and Employee tax filing
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports
- Monitor cash flow, payroll, and budget variance
- Supervise junior accounting tasks
