Siket Bank (formerly Addis Credit and Finance S.C) was held at Addis Ababa Skylight Hotel. Siket Bank is preparing to launch banking services after obtaining a license from the National Bank of Ethiopia.
The bank will continue to offer its current microfinance services until full banking operations are launched. Additionally, the bank will continue to provide microfinance service when full banking services are launched.

Position 1: Junior Security Officer Junior Security Officer Educational Requirements: A minimum of Grade 10/12, 10+1/10+2 -Diploma/Level IV COC : Experience
- Grade 10/12: A minimum of 5/4 years
- 2 year’s related work experience.
- Diploma/Level IV COC 1year direct work experience.
Terms of Employment: Permanent after probationary date. Salary and Benefit: As per the bank’s scale. Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Customer Service Officer Educational Requirements: A minimum of BA Degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or related field of discipline. Work Experience: A minimum of 3 years of Banking work experience as Junior Customer Service Officer or more in relevant position is Mandatory. Terms of Employment: Permanent after probationary date. Position 3: Cashier Educational Requirements: A minimum of BA Degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or related field of discipline. Work Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of banking work experience.
Banking industry experience is Mandatory.

Position 4: Branch Controller Branch Controller Educational Requirements: A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Management, Marketing Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance or related field of discipline. : Experience
- A minimum of 4 years of Banking work experience.

Position 5: Security Guard Educational Requirements: A minimum of BA Degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or related field of discipline. Work Experience:
- Grade 10/12: A minimum of 4/3 year’s direct work experience.
- Diploma/Level IV: 2 year’s direct work experience.
