Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, Economics, or with related field of study with relevant work experience
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the company's business establishment, market execution, and growth in Ethiopia.
- Develop and implement the company's strategy, commercial plans, and growth initiatives in Ethiopia.
- Take full responsibility for the company's business performance, P&L, budgets, and key performance indicators in Ethiopia.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with corporates, banks, leasing companies, MFIs, government institutions, and other key stakeholders.
- Lead local financing and commercial partnerships to support the company's growth and market expansion.
- Identify and pursue major B2B opportunities across the automotive, mobility, logistics, and energy sectors.
