Job Summary
The Hatchery Officer is responsible for achieving industry standards for hatchability of high quality DOCs to increase the profitability of the Company, in addition to communicating and reporting critical information to other departments.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure and check timely and safe egg delivery from breeding to hatchery, and oversee proper receiving, recording, inspection, grading, and sorting of hatching eggs.
• Monitor room temperature, humidity, egg refrigerators, and air conditioners for proper egg storage based on storage duration.
