Compound Supervisor
Bachelor’s Degree in any field of study with relevant work experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the school compound.
- Ensure the school compound, facilities, and surrounding areas are clean, safe, and properly maintained.
- Supervise and coordinate compound support staff, including cleaners, guards, and other assigned personnel.
- Monitor the condition of school facilities, equipment, furniture, and other property and report maintenance needs.
- Coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, sanitation, waste management, and other compound services.
- Ensure proper implementation of school safety, security, and compound management procedures.
