Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration (MBA), Operations Management, or a related field with relevant work experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive leadership and strategic direction for all integrated manufacturing plants and garage/automotive service operations.
- Oversee daily operational activities, ensuring high production efficiency, strict quality control, and excellent customer service delivery across all units.
- Manage the supply chain, machinery maintenance, raw material procurement, and spare parts inventory for both manufacturing and garage services.
- Lead human resources management by coaching department heads, setting performance KPIs, and fostering a high-performance organizational culture.
