Masters or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance or related field with relevant work experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Own the general ledger, month-end and year-end closing, and financial statement preparation
- Lead import and landed-cost accounting, including LC settlement, forex and customs cost allocation
- Ensure full compliance with tax obligations (VAT, withholding, profit tax) and manage external audit
- Design and enforce accounting policies, internal controls and documentation standards
- Lead, coach and appraise the accounting team against BSC and OKR targets
