Tender Sales Director
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field with relevant work experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Track and qualify tenders from EPSS, regional health bureaus, universities, NGOs and private groups
- Lead bid preparation technical specification response, pricing strategy, bid bonds and compliance documentation
- Coordinate with principals and manufacturers on pricing support and technical clarification
- Manage post-award contract execution, delivery scheduling and payment follow-up
- Build and lead the tender team and maintain the tender performance dashboard
