Bachelor’s Degree in in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Laboratory, Marketing, Management or related field with relevant work experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Own the regional sales target for medical equipment, reagents and consumables
- Build and manage the regional sales team, distributors and key hospital accounts
- Drive installation follow-up, after-sales coordination and customer satisfaction
- Manage receivable collection and credit exposure within the region
- Report regional performance against BSC and OKR targets
