TVET Level IV in Construction, Building, and Finishing, or a related field of study, with relevant work experience
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collect and record all relevant project data accurately and on time to support cost reporting.
- Gather daily information from site teams regarding manpower, materials, equipment, activities, and project progress.
- Prepare and distribute daily site reports to the project team.
- Verify collected data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before reporting.
- Enter and maintain project data in Excel, ERP systems, or other reporting tools.
- Compile daily data and supporting documents for cost-control purposes.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and project teams to obtain missing or updated information.
