■ Education:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Procurement and Supply Management, Business Management, Accounting, or related fields.

● Experience:
- Minimum 1 years of relevant work experience in procurement or purchasing
- Experience in retail, sports equipment, or related business sectors is an advantage.

□ Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute procurement activities.
-Source reliable suppliers and obtain competitive quotations.
- Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and contract terms.
- Prepare purchase orders and procurement documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate purchases with user departments.
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain supplier records.
- Prepare periodic procurement and inventory reports.

□ Skills and Competencies:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of procurement procedures and inventory management.
- Computer proficiency, especially MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- High ethical standards, honesty, and accountability.
