Job Summary
Tana is seeking a talented Content Creator to launch and become the public face of its brand new channels dedicated to early-career professionals in Kenya. Operating from the ground up, the role owns the end-to-end video production lifecycle—ideation, scripting, on-camera presentation, filming, editing, and publishing—leveraging insider hiring knowledge to build the most trusted early-career talent brand in Africa.

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the recurring on-camera personality and face of Tana’s channels, creating engaging, authentically Kenyan content.
• Own end-to-end video production: conceptualization, scripting, filming, editing, and publishing to a consistent, high-quality schedule.
• Establish and scale the content operation from scratch, building the content calendar, production playbook, equipment kit, and channel infrastructure.
