We are looking for a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to lead our daily operations, improve internal processes, and ensure efficient service delivery.

□ Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Fluent in Oromiffa and English.
  • Proficient in MS Office and operational management tools.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

■ Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily agency operations.
  • Improve operational processes and workflows.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor performance and achieve operational goals.
  • Prepare operational reports and manage budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Train and support team members.

● Salary: ETB 40,000 per month.
