Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Prepare employment contracts, warning letters, termination letters, and other HR documents.
- Coordinate employee training, performance evaluations, and probation reviews.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Oversee daily administrative operations and office organization.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility-related needs.
