Akufada Micro Finance Institution S.C is a share company registered by the National Bank of Ethiopia according to Micro-Financing Business Proclamation No. 626/2009 and (amendment) proclamation No. 1164/2019. Its business license was issued on 01/08/2022 with license number MFI/055/2022 and officially it has been started its operation on October 22/2022.
It is established to provide financial and non-financial products to active poor and missing middle income society through affordable loans, savings and micro insurance services in order to contribute its share for the development of the national economy.
Position 1. Graduate Trainee Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Management or related field. Work Experience:
- Graduating classes of 2025 and 2026 only.
- Minimum CGPA: 3.00 (Male) / 2.75 (Female).
- Maximum age limit: 28 years.
- No prior work experience required.
- Qty: 22

Position 2. Customer Service Officer Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Management or related field. Position 3. Accountant Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Management or related field. Position 4. Cashier Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Management or related field. Position 5. Branch Manager Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Management or related field. Work Experience: Minimum Four (4) years of experience in Microfinance and Bank and Two years’ experience should be at supervisory position.
