- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities, including retail partners, corporate clients, and export channels.
- Manage and grow B2B and B2C customer relationships, ensuring exceptional service and repeat business.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals and uphold Glow Gems ET’s brand values.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance for leadership review.
