China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) is currently recruiting fresh graduates and experienced candidates to join its Ethiopian Branch Projects.
Position 1: Architect or Site Engineer
Qualifications:
1. At least Bachelor’s degree in Archtecture, Site Engineering & Interior Finishing
2. At least 5 years experience in proposed position
3. Preferable have Experience working on big construction projects on site.
Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Negotiable Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Planning Engineer
Qualifications:
- Civil or COTM engineering must have Msc or Bsc with 8 years experience with 4 years on the proposed position.
- Primavera or P6 mandatory .
Preferable have Experience working on big construction projects on site (all types of construction).

Position 3: Senior Electrical Engineer
Qualifications:
- At least Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- At least 8 years experience in proposed position.
- Preferable have Experience working on big construction projects on site.
Technical Skills: Experience on building or power work. Proficiency in electrical engineering software (such as AutoCAD Electrical & Revit MEP) and knowledge of circuit design and analysis. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex electrical problems. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and design effective solutions. Position 4: Senior Hydrualic Engineer
Qualifications:
- At least Bachelor’s degree in Water Supply/Hydrualic Engineering
- At least 8 years experience in proposed position
- Experience in water supply or drainage working & building sanitary works, preferable if you work on big construction project on site.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in engineering software (like AutoCAD, Water CAD, Revit MEP and others) for design and analysis.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills to analyze complex hydraulic systems.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Position 5: Senior Construction Engineer
Qualifications:
- At least Bachelor’s degree in civil Engineering.
- At least 8 years experience in proposed position.
- preferable have Experience working on big construction projects on site.
Skills and Knowledge.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools like Microsoft Project).
- Project Management Skills: Ability to on site supervision or management on building , plan, execute, and oversee construction projects effectively.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address challenges that arise during construction projects.
