Job Position 1 – Principal Digital Banking Operation Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking and Finance, Economics, Management, Accounting and Finance, Marketing management Leadership, Business Administration or related field of discipline.
Experience: Must have 6 years of experience with at least 2-years service as Senior Digital Banking Operation Officer.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa, Head Office.
Job Position 2 – Senior Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Management, Marketing Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting and Finance or related field of discipline.
Experience: Must have 4 years of experience with at least 2-years service as Planning Monitoring & Evaluation Officer.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa, Head Office.
Job Position 3 – Senior Research and Development Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Management, Marketing Management, Business administration, Economics, Accounting & Finance or related field of discipline.
Experience: Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience with at least 2 years’ service as Research and Development Officer.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa, Head Office.
Job Position 4 – Senior HRM Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Management, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field of discipline.
Experience: Must have 4 years of experience with at least 2-years service as HRM Officer.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa, Head Office.
Job Position 5 – Senior Customer Service Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or related field of discipline
Experience: Must have 4 years of Banking experience with at least 2-years service as Customer Service Officer
Additional Requirement: Knowledge of the Culture and Language of the areas

Job Position 6 – Customer Service Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or related field of discipline.
Experience: Must have a minimum of 2 years of Banking experience as Junior Customer Service Officer.

Job Position 7 -Junior Customer Service Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or related field of discipline.
Experience: Must have a minimum of 1 year of Banking experience as Junior and Trainee Banker.
Additional Requirement: Knowledge of the Culture and Language of the area.
