Moyee Coffee Roasting Plc is the first multinational coffee roasting company based in Ethiopia and a pioneer in FairChain coffee. As a fully integrated company—from crop to cup—we handle everything from growing to roasting coffee locally.
We export premium roasted coffee to international markets and supply top-tier hotels and leading supermarkets across Ethiopia.
Position 1: Junior General Services Officer Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Logistics & supply, Facilities Management, Engineering or related field.
Experience & Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in general services, facilities, or administration management.
- Strong knowledge of fleet management, facility operations, and service contracts.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Accountant
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of payroll administration, taxation, and accounts receivable management.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Group Supply Chain & Logistics Manager Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, Finance & Accounting, International Trade, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum of 8–12 years of relevant experience in supply chain management, logistics, procurement, export/import operations, commodity trading, or related fields.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a senior managerial or leadership role.
- Experience in the coffee, agriculture, export, FMCG, manufacturing, or agribusiness sectors is highly desirable.
