Ethio Excellence Academy is a K-8 school located in the Akaki Kality sub-city. A Primary School English Teacher is responsible for teaching foundational English language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening, to young learners. The role requires creating an engaging and supportive learning environment that fosters students’ language development, creativity, and critical thinking.
Assistant Teachers (Primary And Kindergarten) Education:
- Fresh graduates with any field of study.
- Willing to take part in a one-week long training session on Teaching Methodologies and other relevant topics related to the job. This will be organized by the academy and contractual agreement will be issued for competent candidates afterwards. All participants will be issued Certificate of Completion.

Kindergarten Teachers Education: Diploma/Certificate in Pre-Primary Teaching or related field of study Experience: ZERO years of experience with an excellent command of speaking and writing English language. Quantity:

Teachers and School Leaders Requirements:
- A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree, with a Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching (PGDT), is required for all teaching positions in relevant fields of study.
- Master of Arts in
EDPMfor all administrative positions.
- Fluency in English is a prerequisite.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school management software is essential.
- Preference is given to young and energetic candidates.
Experience:
- A minimum of two years of teaching experience is required for all teaching positions, while administrative positions necessitate a minimum of four years of experience.
