Legal Advisor & Liaison Officer
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Law or specialization in Business or Commercial Law or with related field of study from a recognized university with relevant work experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate, timely legal opinions and guidance to executive leadership on corporate law, employment/labor regulations, commercial transactions, and industrial compliance.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with relevant ministries, regional bureaus, investment commissions, tax authorities, and municipal administrations.
- Prepare, authenticate, and register board resolutions, extraordinary meeting minutes, and shareholder decisions with public registries.
- Represent the company in meetings with local city administration, municipal mayors, neighborhood associations, and law enforcement agencies.
