Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist ophthalmologists with eye examinations and procedures.
- Perform basic eye assessments and vision tests.
- Administer prescribed eye medications and treatments.
- Prepare patients for ophthalmic procedures and surgeries.
- Educate patients on eye care and treatment instructions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Follow infection prevention and patient safety protocols.
