Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and diagnose mental health disorders.
- Provide medication management and psychotherapy services.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Provide patient and family counseling on mental health care.
