Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform tissue, cytology, and bodily fluid diagnoses.
- Prepare and review accurate pathology reports.
- Oversee laboratory operations and quality control processes.
- Provide consultative support to clinicians on diagnostic findings.
- Participate in multidisciplinary tumor board discussions.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory standards and regulations.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
