We are looking for a highly competent, visionary, and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

✅ Position Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overall strategic leadership and operational management of the institution.
- Ensure strict compliance with all National Bank of Ethiopia (NBE) and Ethiopian Deposit Insurance Fund (EDIF) directives and regulations.
- Drive institutional profitability, deposit mobilization, and maintain a healthy loan portfolio.
- Lead the transition towards an automated core banking system.
- Report directly to the Board of Directors and implement board resolutions effectively.

■ Qualifications and Requirements (As per NBE Fit and Proper Criteria):

• Education: Minimum of a BA/BSc Degree (Master’s Degree preferred) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Experience: A minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in the banking or microfinance sector, out of which at least 4 years must be in a Senior Management role.

• Competencies: Strong knowledge of NBE directives, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a clean disciplinary/criminal record.
