Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Oversee treasury operations and financial risk management.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership and the board.
- Lead annual audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Strengthen financial systems, internal controls, and processes.
- Provide strategic guidance on investments, cost optimization, and revenue growth.
- Manage, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team.
