Position 1: Tender Expert Required Qualifications:

ualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Management, Engineering, Law, or a related field.
- Professional certification in procurement or contract management is an advantage.
Experience 3–5 yearsof experience in tender management, bid preparation, procurement, business development, or contract administration.
- Experience with government procurement and donor-funded projects is preferred.

Position 2: Sales Operations & Collections Expert Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, accounts receivable, collections, or sales administration.
- Experience in the technology, telecommunications, FMCG, banking, or service industry is an advantage.

Position 3: B2G (Business-to-Government) Market Expert Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Public Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Master’s degree is an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum
4–6 yearsof experience in Business Development, Government Sales, Public Sector Sales, or Key Account Management.
- Proven experience managing government tenders and procurement processes.
- Experience selling technology, ICT, software, telecom, ERP, or digital solutions is highly preferred.

Position 4: Digital Marketing Expert Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Experience managing multi-channel digital campaigns.
- Professional certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot are an advantage.

Position 5: Grant & Fundraising Expert

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Development Studies, International Relations, Project Management, Public Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Professional certification in Proposal Writing, Grant Management, Project Management, or Fundraising is an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum
4–6 yearsof experience in grant writing, fundraising, donor relations, or business development.
- Proven track record of successfully securing grants from local and international donors.
- Experience working with NGOs, development organizations, government projects, or technology companies is preferred.

Position 6: Partnership & Channel Expert Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in partnership management, channel sales, business development, or account management.
- Experience in the technology, software, fintech, telecommunications, or digital services industry is an advantage.

Position 7: Revenue Operations (RevOps) & CRM Expert Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, Management, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, CRM Administration, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Business Analytics.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho CRM, Odoo CRM, or similar systems.

Position 8: Sales & Marketing Operations Manager Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Management, or a related field.
- Master’s degree is an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum of
5–7 yearsof progressive experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
- At least
2–3 yearsin a managerial or supervisory role.
- Experience in the technology, software, SaaS, or digital services industry is preferred.

Position 9: Operational Excellence Manager Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Management, or a related field.
- Master’s degree (MBA or related field) is an advantage.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is preferred.
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is an advantage.
Experience
- 7–10 years of experience in operations, business process improvement, or operational excellence.
- At least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Experience implementing Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is preferred.
