Senior Production Manager (Chemical Manufacturing)
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or with related field of study with relevant work experience
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the complete manufacturing process from raw material receiving to finished product dispatch.
- Develop, optimize, and validate formulations for cleaning and hygiene products.
- Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and production workflows.
- Supervise raw material inspection, batching, mixing, filling, labeling, packaging, and warehousing.
- Establish and maintain Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) systems.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
