On behalf of our client, we are looking for a highly
organized and professional Senior Executive Assistant to the management who will
support daily executive operations, manage documentation, coordinate schedules,
and help maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate CEO communications with
departments and ensure proper follow-up.
Prepare reports and documents in Amharic
and English
Manage executive schedules and meetings and
organize and maintain important files, records, and documents.
Handle sensitive information with a high
level of confidentiality.
Proficient in typing and writing in both
Amharic and English
Strong document preparation,
organizational, and multitasking abilities
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience as an
Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Bachelor's or higher in Business
Administration, Management, HR, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication
skills in Amharic and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such
as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent organizational and
time-management abilities, plus strong attention to detail and problem-solving
skills.
