Addis Ababa Silk Road General Hospital (ASRGH) was constructed in Addis Ababa, the capital city of Ethiopia in 2017 in an echo of the “Belt and Road Initiative” by AFEI Holding. This 14 story, new state-of-the-art hospital is committed to enhance China-Africa unbreakable friendship and strengthen innovation and practice to improve healthcare in Africa. This new facility is designed for two specific groups: patients and their families and the healthcare professionals.
Position: Radiologist Educational Qualification and Experience
- Graduate from an accredited University or Medical College (MD with a specialization in Radiology).
- Zero year of experience (Fresh Graduate).
- Valid and renewed professional license.
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong understanding of organizational goals, planning, and change management.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations.
- Ability to motivate teams to maintain high-quality service delivery.
- Self-starter with a high level of promptness and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to high professional ethics and patient confidentiality.
Working Conditions Standard Hours:Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) and Saturday (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM). Flexibility:Duty may include work-from-home or hospital-based shifts depending on schedules and case urgency. On-Call:The role requires availability outside of normal working hours for emergency cases. Salary
