Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain financial records and reports.
- Process payments and reconcile accounts.
- Prepare budgets and payroll.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies.
- Manage procurement processes.
- Prepare RFQs, purchase orders, and contracts.
- Source suppliers and negotiate prices.
- Maintain procurement records and monitor deliveries.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
