National Election Board of Ethiopia (NEBE) temporary Vacancy Announcement:
It is well known that the National Election Board of Ethiopia conducted the 7th round general election and made the results public. It is also known that the Board decided to hold re-elections in 11 constituencies after evidence confirmed significant violations of electoral law capable of distorting the results.
Accordingly, the Board seeks to temporarily recruit new election officials—who did not participate in the initial 7th round election in these 11 constituencies—after verifying their impartiality and ensuring they meet the required criteria.
Recruitment Criteria:
- Aged 18 years or older,
- Not a member of any political party,
- Educational background: Grade 12 or higher,
- Work location: Polling stations established by the Board,
- Ability to speak and write the region’s working language,
- (Female applicants are encouraged)

6. Somali (Aware)
7. Sidama (Aroresa)
8. Oromia (Begi)
9. Central Ethiopia (Tembaro)
10. Central Ethiopia (Soro 1)
11. South Ethiopia (Chencha)
