Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Financial Management or with related field of study with relevant work experience
Duties and Responsibilities
- Register cash journal and bank deposit journal, achieve daily clearing and monthly settlement, and match accounts with reality
- Review various reimbursement and payment vouchers to ensure compliance and completeness of procedures
- Handle bank account opening, changes, reconciliation and other business, and maintain the normal operation of bank accounts
- Assist accountants in month end reconciliation, voucher organization, and financial file archiving
- Cooperate to complete business-related financial work such as sales receipts and supplier payments
