✅ 1. Pharmacist

■ Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
Valid, active pharmacist license (in good standing).

● Minimum 3 years of professional experience (experience in an import company is a plus).

□ Key Responsibilities:

○ Handle import permits, customs clearance documents, and certificates of analysis for each shipment.

○ Inspect incoming stock for quality, expiry, and proper storage/cold-chain conditions.

○ Communicate with foreign suppliers and coordinate with the EFDA on registration renewals or recalls.

○ Oversee distribution to licensed pharmacies/wholesalers per Ethiopian pharmaceutical law.
○ Manage pharmacovigilance reporting.

✅ 2. Store Manager (BSc Pharmacist)

■ Requirements:
BSc degree in Pharmacy.
Prior experience in retail or pharmacy operations preferred.
Strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills.

□ Key Responsibilities:

○ Oversee daily store operations, staff, and customer service.

○ Manage stock levels, ordering, and supplier coordination.

○ Ensure regulatory compliance and proper storage of medications.

○ Handle sales targets, reporting, and store budgeting.

○ Train and supervise pharmacy and store staff.

✅ 3. የስራ መደብ: ሹፌር (Driver)

■ መስፈርቶች:

○ የህዝብ 1 ወይም Auto የመንጃ ፈቃድ ያለው/ያላት።

○ ቢያንስ 3 ዓመት ተዛማጅ የስራ ልምድ ያለው/ያላት።

○ የሚሰራ፣ ንቁ፣ ታታሪ እና ኃላፊነት የሚወስድ/ የምትወስድ።

○ ጥሩ የመግባቢያ (Communication) ችሎታ ያለው/ያላት።

○ የአዲስ አበባ መንገዶችን እና አካባቢዎችን በሚገባ የሚያውቅ/ የምታውቅ።

○ ስለ መኪና መሠረታዊ መለዋወጫዎች (Basic Vehicle Spare Parts) እና ቀላል የቴክኒክ እውቀት ያለው/ያላት።

○ የመኖሪያ አድራሻ መገለፅ አለበት።

□ ዋና ኃላፊነቶች:

○ የድርጅቱን ተሽከርካሪ በጥንቃቄ እና በኃላፊነት ማሽከርከር።

○ የተሽከርካሪውን ዕለታዊ ሁኔታ መፈተሽ እና ማንኛውንም ችግር በወቅቱ ማሳወቅ።

○ የትራፊክ ህጎችን እና የድርጅቱን ደንቦች በጥብቅ መከተል።
