• You have a basic foundation in video editing and camera operation.

• You know how to shoot and frame highly engaging content specifically tailored for TikTok and YouTube.
• You are highly disciplined and can deliver quality work within tight deadlines.
• You are willing to work full-time and on-site.
• Note: Applicants living in Addis Ababa, particularly around Summit, are highly encouraged to apply!

🎬 Your Responsibilities:
• Shoot high-quality educational and promotional videos for our TikTok and YouTube channels.
• Edit raw footage into dynamic, fast-paced videos on a strict schedule.
• Set up basic camera, lighting, and audio equipment for shoots.
• Work closely with and take direction from the Senior Video Editor to continuously elevate your skills and our content.
