Duties and Responsibilities
- Leading and mentoring the Head Office Contracts, Payments, and Tenders team.
- Managing subcontractor procurement, drafting standard subcontracts, and overseeing prime contract administration with major contractors.
- Lead the comprehensive procurement process for subcontractors across various specialized trades through selective or open bidding procedures.
- Draft, review, and negotiate subcontractors’ conditions of contract in strict alignment with ATTA’s risk management policies, prime contract frameworks, and local legal standards.
